Cardio kickboxing is a combination of boxing and kickboxing workouts inspired by martial arts and fitness training. This intense, total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance. The American Council on Exercise (ACE), which evaluates exercise products and programs, notes that, during a one-hour kickboxing workout, you can burn from 500 to 800 calories, which is up to twice the calories you burn during a one-hour step-aerobics class.
Cardio kickboxing classes do not require any special attire nor equipment. Wear comfortable workout clothes, no shoes are worn during class.
Boot Camp is a fast-paced calorie blasting workout that is suitable for all fitness levels. This class will help you to build the muscle and power necessary to execute martial arts movements as well as the movements of everyday life. We offer adaptations for everyone from the novice to the elite athlete.
